The Von Deer Skulls History :

The Von Deer Skulls is a french based (& masked) Post Doom Metal band with strange origins. The members come from France, Germany and Canada. Formed at the end of October 2012, we take time since to develop our identity with our visual artist Peter Skull. Between 2013 and 2015 we have released our first video-clip as a prequel of our sound, with the song "Bitches Of The Wood". Then we have fix some ideas on an experimental Lo-Fi 9 tracks E.P.: "It's Time To Paralyze". After that we have released some remix and live songs, and some covers of Tool and Marilyn Manson, with videos.
Since the end of 2015 we are working on our new LP, and take a year off the lights to do that well, it will be out in winter 2016 on the Wraith Productions label. The new tour is the next step after that. Be prepare to Hell.

Some words from our label: "The Von Deer Skulls are true pioneers of their own path, visionaries of wonder! Groundbreakers! This is as mysterious as it gets! It is an absolute honor and pleasure to collaborate and release their works of art on Wraith!".

Some words from the band: "If we refer to what we've heard, The Von Deer Skulls is an unholy combination of David Lynch and Tim Burton, the dreadful gap between bright and dark, it's a twisted duality. Speak about that band is speak more about art in general than just music. Design, video, painting, photography... all in one, with a Post Doom Metal soundtrack. The missing link between Doom, Prog Metal, Ambient, Indus and Post Rock. It's noisy, esoteric, clear, weird and definitely out of this reality. It's something that haunts you, that takes you awake all time, it's about passion and devotion.".
